Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer several shipping options at checkout. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are based on the shipping method selected and your delivery address.

  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary. Shipping times are calculated from the date your order is shipped (not the order date).

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the continental US. This promotion may not apply during special sales events and cannot be combined with other offers.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. Please allow additional transit time for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally.

Shipment Processing & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately using the contact form on our website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For domestic orders, all applicable taxes are included in the total cost. We are not responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may be incurred for shipments to U.S. territories.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse the shipment or note the damage with the delivery carrier. For lost or damaged packages, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email using the contact form on our website.

Shipping Restrictions
Some remote locations may require additional delivery time or may be unserviceable. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will cancel your order and notify you via email.

Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, please allow additional processing and delivery time. We will announce any special holiday shipping deadlines on our website.
